It was a beautiful stay, hotel was clean, nice big pool, can’t hear traffic with the door closed, a bar next to the pool. Will definitely be going back. But, we unfortunately got there little before 5:30pm and was told that we have to park across the street since the valet parking was full, we later found out that our car would be towed if we left the car there over night. I asked the front desk if there’s anything we can do, and they let us know about parking at the casino a couple blocks away and they allow overnight parking, we ended up in the parking garage next to the casino and let them know we need overnight parking while staying at a hotel and ended up paying $70. But I would love to give a big thank you to the two women at front desk for trying so hard to see what they could do for their guests. and yes they were able to figure something out. thank you Kourtney and Cristina !

Staff especially the woman in the front desk during day shift on July14 is NOT polite, courteous and respectful to guest. Shes is ghetto and doesnt fit to hospitality industry. Avoid this hotel if you want a great experience.

The rooms are small. The parking is horrible. You MUST valet your car at 55.00 per night, but the valet staff are rude and violated CA ADA laws for handicapped parking because they ran out of parking spaces. Unacceptable! I will never go back.

WAS GOOD

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. I forgot to bring toothpaste and toothbrushes and they were able to provide that for me. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the AC because it was in Spanish so one of the employees came to the room to help out. All the staff answered the many questions that I had. I like that there’s a restaurant attached to the hotel and a Starbucks nearby. I was going to a concert that night, so it was convenient that the Intuit Dome was walking distance from the hotel. Overall, I would recommend.

I only stayed one night and the bed was really comfortable, the front desk staff were friendly and professional as well as the valet staff. The only thing that could have been improved is having better hair dryers. That is a detail, when handled well makes me happy, Also, access to filtered water for filling up my water bottle would be great too. I'm done with drinking out of plastic bottles and really appreciate when this service is available.

All good but small queen beds

We came to see Joji and I loved that the hotel is next to the dome, everyone was really nice and helpful there. Their smoking spot was really chill and clean. We will be coming back for future shows. :) <3

Calling the hotel front desk for assistance idk who works mornings and late afternoons there but they sound like they hate their job don’t be in customer service if you don’t like helping people the parking situation was horrible but very nice valet staff tho they need to work harder tho in organizing immediately it was horrible my room wuz great tho I loved the matcha green tea products & makeup wipes but staff wise only 2 employees were nice & welcoming loved in the morning only one nice employee don’t remember his name he said good morning to me & always feels great to be welcomed such a warm feeling but for sure made up for the negative employee idk wut her name wuz but she was very unhelpful and seemed like she didn’t care all I remember she was a heavier set woman but my opinion I have many years in the hospitality business i would never treat ppl like they r not welcome or not help them but like said dude in the am & valet made up for it everyone there tbh needs to work harder in customer service & actually care about ppl when they travel and make it less stressful some stuff yes out of their hands but parking for sure needs to be top priority and customer service help people feel more welcome.

Nice, clean and comfortable facility. Surprisingly quiet considering it is in the middle of the stadium district and directly in the flight path for the approach to LAX. They are dog friendly but there is no designated “pet Relief” area
