Beautiful property, but housekeeping could be better. The first room we were assigned to had not even been cleaned. The second room had been cleaned, but housekeeping did a very poor job. Great breakfast though!

The property and rooms were very clean and well kept. Loved the pillows because they were labeled "soft" and "firm" on the respective pillowcases. We had a suite, which was extremely spacious and had 2 tvs. The bathroom was super clean and the walk-in shower was very spacious as well.

Unterdurchschnittlich The fitness center was closed for the entire 3 day stay because of a leak in the air conditioning. They said it would be fixed but never opened.
The television controls were uninterpretable until a maintenance person wrote out the directions on day #2. There was no way that I would have figured it out.
My coffee machine did not work either.
When I asked to be comped for at least 1 day of my 3 days stay, I was told a manager would call me after checking out and I never received a phone call

I had stayed at that hotel for years, and the conditions were always exceptional, but this last visit was a disaster. There was a constant smell of cannabis in the hallways, the elevator, and the lobby, and the service from the young woman who checked us in was terrible; she kept us waiting for two hours without giving us our room, and we only got it once her replacement arrived. I think they need to return to the high standard of service they used to have—which was wonderful—and not allow the smell of cannabis in the hotel.

Staff were great. The facility was clean. The room was clean however a pillow on my be smelled awful like excessive sweat interfering with sleep. The pool was down and one elevator was broken. Breakfast area was clean and food good. Loved availability of coffee all hours. Leaning water and cookies was a plus.
