Our room (#3) was clean and great! Loved all the amenities including coffee maker with a large bottle of water for making coffee. Sound machine! Refrigerator freezer with ice included! Great shower! Keurig with pods, creamers, and cups in the lobby! Easy access to brewery and two free beers! Parked right in front! Easy drive to Cottonwood and to Jerome! A great stay and staff. Loved the text check-in, etc.

This was such a surprisingly wonderful stay. The location is so charming above a brewery that we got vouchers for, very easy street parking, spotlessly clean and updated room, and a location convenient to Sedona but also so many hidden gems nearby! Had the best time, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location attached to Smelter Town Brewery. Enjoyed our stay in Clarkdale. Very clean and nicely decorated room. Easy check in and access to the room when we arrived.

Stayed one nite. Did the Verde Train ride and stayed at the Park Hotel. Very cute room. Coffee maker, fridge/freezer, TV, plug ins for ur cell. Large bathroom, but it was a handicapped room. So lots of space for a wheelchair. Bed was comphy as were the pillows. Curb parking wasn't a problem. If ur doing a Verde Train Excursion, let the hotel know and they might have ur room ready for u earlier that day. Give them a call. Very helpful staff. Would recommended this place! Sherry F.

Room was so cute! Quiet , comfy bed, great shower! We would stay again when we are in the area! Loved the key code to get in rooms, no need to worry about keys.
