Perfect creation of nature, Unawatuna nestles at the edge of a superb bay, fringed hillsides, miles of glorious unspoilt beach and clear turquoise sea. Unawatuna is recognized as one of the twelve best beaches in the world. The hotel is one of the oldest and best-known beach resorts in Sri Lanka, established in 1982. It has 135 metres of the beach frontage which is the longest in Unawatuna. It has swimming pool, hot tubs, animation programme, and the largest food and beverage area with dining options as well as a fully licensed bar.
