The hotel has a great location in the heart of Beyazıt, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, there are several downsides. The hotel does not offer complimentary airport transportation when booking a room. Instead, they charge £45, which is more expensive than the room itself.
Noise is a major issue. Every morning, guests leave early with their families, shouting in the corridors, while others make loud noises throughout the hotel. The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear everything—conversations, street noise, and even the lift moving up and down.
Additionally, communication with customers is very poor, making it difficult to get assistance or information when needed.
