We stayed at one bedroom suite on 19 floor corner which is the top. It’s far beyond what I’d expected. First sight when getting in was the huge living room. But then the view through a whole glass wall was the most stunning thing. Felt as if were in a luxury apartment. I’d highly recommend booking a higher floor room if possible.
Room decoration is nice. Regular things are all good. Bed was prepared well. Reception desk is nice and great and helpful. Great stay.

A comfortable suite with contemporary decor. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, dishwasher, etc. Our stay was peaceful - apart from when someone's late-night attempt at cooking set off the fire alarm - and the location was well-placed, with shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby. Would stay again, particularly if we needed to be in Manchester for more than one night.

This is a great centrally located hotel.. they were great about an early check in when we got there.. the hotel was very nice and clean!! We would definitely stay again if we came to Manchester again!! Close to major transit places also

This hotel is in a good central location although can be a bit noisy outside through the night. Lovely & clean with everything you would need for your stay. Only issue I had was I thought I had booked parking but hadn’t but this was quickly resolved & could have been me not the booking process.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this flat right in the heart of Manchester. The location couldn’t be better, everything is just a short walk away, which made exploring the city effortless.
The flat itself was spotless and beautifully kept, with a stunning view that really made the whole experience feel special, especially in the evening. It had everything we needed and more, including thoughtful touches like coffee, fresh milk, and tea in the room, which made it feel immediately welcoming.
What truly stood out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
All in all, a perfect place to stay. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Manchester.

Grossartig We were upgraded to a two bedroom, two bathroom apartments which would be great for a family (or group) who needs to spread out. Our room had a wonderful view of downtown Manchester, and the hotel's location is fantastic. There are about 3 doors you need to go through to get to the elevators that require key access, so safety never feels like an issue.
Our apartment also had a mini- washer and dryer, but we were too dumb to figure it out.
The only ding about this place was that both sets of sheets were dirty upon our check in and they stains on them were not minor. I'm not sure how you miss stains that big, actually. Things like that always raise a flag for me in a hotel.
Luckily, that seems to have been the only cleanliness issue.
I would still recommend this place since it offers an unusually large space to spread out, feels safe, and is well- priced.

Easy to find from the street and only a minute walk to the shopping centre. Local shops nearby to pick up essentials.
Simple check in process with very friendly staff. Clean room with generous views overlooking the city,
Kitchen amenities and a variety of kitchenware and utensils.
Wes very impressed with our stay and the friendliness of the staff. We were able to leave our bags safely after checkout so we could have a final look around the city before catching a later train.
Looking forward to our next stay!
