They charged me 30 pounds extra as commission and tax which was unjustified. AC was not working. Breakfast was good.

Location is great but hygiene, furniture, service, room size, are poor. No elevators and very narrow stairways. Hygiene is on the downside, Always a weird smell.

Unterdurchschnittlich The bathroom never was cleaned. Our bedroom wasn’t ready. We had to move to other bedroom. Nobody was there when we arrived.
The stairs are very poorly built, if you go with the elderly it will be very difficult for them to climb. If you go with heavy suitcases you will suffer a lot there. There is no elevator.

Fantastisch This is exactly as advertised! Hosts were very kind, offering tea and coffee all day as well as the complimentary breakfast. Perfect location for getting to all major attractions in the city as well as lots of dining options nearby. Would definitely recommend as an affordable stay in Istanbul!

Dirty, bad service, hot, no AC.
It’s a hostel so no amenities, no cleaning items, nothing.
The terrace shown in the picture is not available for that use. There are few tables, not cleaned, no light available, not clean….

Overall the location was good, just about what you could expect from a hostel, and the are is perfect for turist just a walking distance or bus ride from major touristic attractions in Istanbul

Comfy bed and good breakfast but the location is not the greatest,the toilet was broken and unclean, facilities need to improve the room i got was totally messy and unclean, finally the rooftop "the trace" has great view.

It's a very basic hostel, it's not much but you get what you paid for.
Pros: Nearby to sights. Easy to get to airport via bus. Great views from roof. Friendly staff.
Cons: Bathrooms are not clean and smell horrible. Rooms are cramped and stuffy.
