Was a good hotel, however did have problems with the hotel room. The door didn't close properly all the way and we struggled to lock the door, even the staff did too. We also had small drain bugs in the bathroom and it was a concerning amount, which made it feel dirty. The bed and room were okay, good for only 2 nights.

Unterdurchschnittlich Photos are misleading unless you get the ocean front rooms. Any basic rooms are old, outdated, & down the street, across the road, & up a steep hill. Even most of the newer rooms are across the road from the beach. The resort is spread out across 3 separate buildings so groups will likely be split up as ours was. Left early as our room was so uncomfortable, noisy, & lacking in amenities. Pool area lacks shade & adequate seating; it’s also super slippery and our group had more than one fall injury. Bathroom is also super slippery when wet & shower gets the entire room wet. Sadly was a disappointment. For the price, I’d recommend another resort in the area.

The hotel location is great. It is in a relatively quite area, only a 10-minute easy walk from the pier and at the beginning the Sairee Beach walking street going north.
The room was very clean, spacious, quiet, well decorated and in good condition.
It has access to an outdoor pool and a small beach via stairs.
The hotel management was helpful and courteous and the rate was reasonable.
I would definitely stay again.
