Everything was OK for a hotel of this level. Location is not the best, it is far from downtown.

the room a bit small, the bed comfortable. surrounding enviorment just ok cause we pay cheap room rate

Location is still alright. Supply of breakfast need to be improved as some of the food is already cold by the time when we do our collection especially when it was supplied by outside caterer. Wifi connection & internet speed need to be improved.

Nice hotel close to Kaohsiung station, the staff very helpful and friendly... The important thing is there have provide the bike for tourist who staying there...

Good: - Convenient location - There is a street full of restaurants nearby Bad: - Check-in staff is not authentic at all - The air conditioning system of room and lobby is not favorable (even we set the temperature super low, we can still wake up because of the heat in room) - The breakfast set is not flexible at all, at least drinks should be optional - The breakfast buffet is not attractive, customers should choose what to eat wisely in order not to get sick (FYI, this Is just personal experience)

It’s one of the best budget hotels in Taiwan. I slept very well that night.

Good: Comfortable room Authentic service Food stalls nearby Bad: Breakfast buffet arrangement A bit dangerous outside at late night Some distance from train/MRT station

The room was very small, which should have been stated. The morning breakfast buffet was awful. I suspect the food not freshly cooked and serviced, There were very few guests, and there seem to be many rooms available. And yet Hotel.Com was posting messages that not many rooms are available. I will not believe Hotel.Com anymore.

Not so near train station. Back alley At night a lot of call girls offering service ...bfast never replenish . Chef/waiter was rude

Sometimes you find somewhere that`s it`s own little Gem for location and Value and this place ticks all the boxes. Around 6 min walk from Main Train Station. Exit station on right side, look across street towards the large "Airline Inn" Hotel. Next Street to the right as you look will be "Tong Ai Street", take this street after approx 200m you will find the canal, turn right and walk ahead for another 200m and the hotel will be on your right. Very modern hotel with small cool patio area at back.Rooms really nice.
