Excellent location, right by the main square. Front desk available part-time, but reachable by phone if needed. Luckily someone was there when I needed it twice. A few items to point out for future travelers: 1) No AC. 2) No elevator. 3) No stove/cooktop in the kitchenette. Only microwave. 4) Occasional sewage smell. 5) Not all rooms have a castle view. In spite of all that, I had a great time. It seems like hotel was run by a family and made it more relax and friendly and I will surely book here again the next time I visit Krumlov.

Not very impressive experience.

The host is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean , at great location and close to a famous grill restaurant . The view is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Great location, wonderful view

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, perfect for a family of 6! Location is very central. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Only downside was that we couldn’t leave our bags (we had backpacks only) at the hotel as they were closing for the day. The staff was nice enough to let us know that the information center stores bags for 2 euros. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room had an amazing view and was also incredibly clean and organized.

The view was amazing!! Apartment was clean and bed was very comfortable. Was right at the end of Christmas street so you did have to dodge the tourists at times but what a great street. That being said it made for a bit of a hike with suitcases as you could not be dropped off at the door or picked up. You had to haul your suitcases over cobble stones. There is a new regulation that cars can’t come into the old town or certain cars anyway. That would be my only complaint really and no elevator. That being said I would totally stay here again. Just be aware it’s in a no car zone.

We were upgraded to a castle view room which was a nice little surprise!! Spectacular views! Staff were on site at check in and were kind and helpful.

Be careful not to get the ground floor room that we did as it has no castle view. It doesn’t say this explicitly on the listing and with their photos and name you can easily make an assumption. The ground room is also right opposite a bar restaurant where a lot of people will stand outside your window and chat loudly while they wait. Apart from that it is well located and they let us check in earlier which was kind and helpful to us making the most out of our short time here.
