Breakfast not too bad

The bed has bugs. i only realized when I woke up and my arms were itching and my sleep was disturbed. No air conditionning in the room I was in, we were forced to open the window and so mosquitoes came in and added even more bumps to my skin. No hand soap + towel rack is rusty af. Would not recommend and will definitely not stay there again. The only reason this has 2 stars is because the staff working there are lovely and helpful.

I strongly advise against staying at Seven Hostel. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by a severe bedbug infestation. I woke up with multiple itchy, painful bites (+20) and was horrified to find bedbugs crawling in the bed. I even captured a few in a bottle as proof. I immediately reported it to the staff, but the response was indifferent and unhelpful. No apology, no urgency, and no proper action taken. I had to discard some of my belongings to avoid bringing the infestation home, and the stress and discomfort ruined part of my trip. Cleanliness and basic hygiene should be a minimum standard—this place failed miserably. I’ve reported the issue to the appropriate travel and health platforms and strongly urge others to avoid this hostel until they properly address their pest problem.

This place located piano area , nowhere close to any other transportation so I had to spent 35 euros for taxi . That’s my fault that I didn’t aware the area, The worst part didn’t even started yet, Shared shower room and washroom are small only hobbits can fit. I choose the the 6 bunk bed mixed gender room with 12 ppl . They are snoring like hippo I couldn’t sleep at all. And it was the biggest feast for all the bedbugs in the world. I got 23 bites all of my body it hurts and itchy like job in the Bible , I need to see doctor to get steroids. I spent more money than actual accommodation. Nothing against staff. Just they had to change whole facility. My whole sorento experience was none stop scratching . Thank you Seven hostel.

There was so many bugs in our room, the room was tiny and so were the beds, and the bathroom smelled like mold

Their version of air conditioning is just a fan placed on the floor meant to cool four people in one room and does nothing for the humidity. Washrooms are small and have no where to put your things when getting ready in the morning/at night. If you arrive later in the evening you are charged a late fee that must be payed in cash and there is not staff in the building 24/7.

I was under the impression I booked a single room, I even called to confirm with the property in advance. When I arrived they told me no I was in a 12 bed mixed dormitory… not the end of the world and may have been a mistake on my end. When I arrived in my room I found the AC did not work in 34 Celsius weather… the plug by my bed was so high I could not even charge my phone. When I addressed these issues the staff were no help. I ended up having to book a hotel in the area last second as these conditions were not comfortable to stay in.
