Endroit bien situé pour visiter la ville de Lisbonne. Communication excellente avant et pendant le séjour avec le concierge. Ascenseur pour faciliter l’accessibilité avec les bagages. Air climatisé fonctionnel dans la chambre et dans la partie salon. Petite salle de bain mais complète. Excellentes suggestion du concierge qui connaît bien sa ville (restaurants, rooftop bar, boutiques spécialisées). Seul bémol: odeur étrange (produit d’entretien?)

Cute little hotel, within walking distance to everything you would want to see in DT Lisbon. The separate bedroom from the kitchen/ living space was perfect. Unique wood doors to cover the windows making the room dark for sleeping. We would stay here again.

Staff was very helpful and my room was ready before check-in time which was great. Bed was very comfortable. Room was pretty clean. My only comment was the carpet in the room needed to be deep cleaned but the bed and everything else was very very clean. Overall had a great experience and would return. It was in a great area, very walkable.

We booked a suite that was spacious and comfortable. Before our stay, we were provided information about booking our transfers, which made it easy to reach the property. We were also able to access our suite when we arrived at 9am, instead of waiting for the normal 3pm check-in time. A couple of issues we encountered: not all the electrical outlets in the room worked, this was particularly an issue in the bathroom when attempting to use the hair dryer; the shower is small and does not have shelves for products; a water leak occurred on Sunday evening on a floor above ours and contacting property management proved impossible so that the issue was not addressed until the next day (this did not impact our room; however, raises the question of how room problems are addressed when staff is only onsite for limited hours).

The room was clean and towels and lines were prepped daily. The staff was very helpful, especially when one of my tours was a no-show they helped me sort it out and found another tour for me. The staff was wonderful. Also, a great location. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Streets were noisy some nights, but you are in the city.

Pictures compared to room size are a little deceiving. AC was great & room was still awesome. Great location and beautiful lobby
