Great place for family

A very well maintained property with excellent support staff and food. The location of the hotel was superb and the rooms were very spacious and clean

Very well maintained property. Staff was courteous. Food was also good. They made Siddu upon request which was great. If there was any suggestions then I would suggest, when they have space available in the hotel, then they should not put guests in adjoining rooms. People can be loud especially if they leave the balcony doors open and chit chat loudly. Rest everything was great.

Fantastic location. Good sized clean room, comfortable bed and a great power shower. Comprehensive choice of delicious food at Breakfast and Dinner served by attentive friendly staff. In particular Rupali and Shivamshu were excellent. The Spa was out of action during our visit which was disappointing . The hours of operation of swimming pool and spa were also limiting as they closed at 5pm.

Great facility, superb staff

Good is only let down overall. It’s not as bad but not at all what you expect from a fortune kitchen. Gym is not placed well, closed room. Children play area is not at all there. It’s just an empty room with no toys or rides. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay. Staff is awesome and hospitality is great. Good place to stay.

Cozy room

We had a booking to stay here on August 19th. Due to severe weather conditions, the main road from Amritsar to the hotel was closed, leaving us unable to reach on time. We contacted the property well in advance of the check-in date to request a refund, but the manager showed no empathy or willingness to help. Despite Expedia trying to mediate on our behalf, the hotel refused to approve even a partial refund. As a Gold Member with Expedia who has stayed at countless hotels worldwide, I have never encountered such a lack of understanding and customer care. Every reputable property I’ve visited until now has recognized that unforeseen events beyond a guest’s control require compassion and flexibility. Unfortunately, this hotel chose profit over basic hospitality. If this is the attitude of the management before arrival, I would be very concerned about the care and service one can expect during their stay. Travelers deserve respect, fairness, and empathy — sadly, this was not the case here. I would strongly discourage choosing this hotel if you value genuine hospitality and customer-first service.

It’s an extraordinary property to stay. I loved my stay at the hotel. I highly recommend this place. Do try their Veg Kebab platter. Absolutely to die for.
