The hotel is very well presented and has great facilities and rooms. The most unfortunate thing was that the level of English was not very good. If things are written in English there is an expectation that it is understood. It took me 4 attempts and an actual physical visit to point to exactly what i wanted off the in-room menu before I ordered and then it was wrong when it turned up. There was a central number (button) you had to push to put you through to the operator who could then put you through, to somebody to help you. Turns out they were having their dinner when I was trying to order mine........
Then when i looked to put some laundry in the hotel booklet and the laundry slip both stated EXPRESS LAUNDRY picked up before 6pm would be returned in 4 hours. After the dinner problem i thought i might check if my clothes would be returning before i checked out the next day and they said sometime before 7pm....... Not what it says on the slip or the instruction booklet. Trying to then explain this to somebody with poor English was again VERY FRUSTRATING.
I think they need to train staff on the menu and facilities so they know their hotel inside and out.
