Hotel was great. Location was great near all the attractions.

Nice clean place close to Punda and Otrobanda. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, the room is cozy and price is right. Parking situation is not so great and the TV in my room did not work but I didn’t mind that.

This was a great boutique hotel for our stay in Curaçao. The restaurant attached was phenomenal. The location was prime. The staff was very helpful and polite. Our stay at this hotel was very personalized, and made it very special. We will definitely be back to Curaçao, and stay at this same hotel.

Location and view were perfect

Fit right in with our type of travel. small Boutique style located within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in own. the staff were excellent and always available for questions. we stayed upstairs in room 12 and enjoyed the ocean while siting in bed drinking coffee.

This is my honest review for this hotel. Communication was excellent through Expedia’s messaging system, and WhatsApp. They were very helpful leading up to and upon our arrival. Overall, the staff was fine. Some of the staff members were a little bit aloof, and not that helpful, and some of them were very helpful. The staff is very young and I think lacking in customer service training in some cases. We paid for their nicest suite, which includes what was supposed to be a private terrace. Unfortunately, the terrace has a public stairway access. And it is not secured. There is a chain at the bottom that is easily removed, and then a temporary rolling wall that can be pushed aside. The stairway leads down into the public restaurant area, so someone can come up really at any time. So even though we paid for a private terrace, we couldn’t really completely enjoy it as such. One day, we even returned back to the hotel to find that the rolling door/wall had been removed, and I had to ask for it to be put back. When I asked, a staff member initially told me “no one will come up there.” Instead of just saying sure we’ll take care of it. The room itself was fine. The bed was comfortable. And the view from the room of the ocean was amazing. The bathroom was a problem. The shower makes a huge mess in the bathroom and outside of the bathroom. And there is no hot water at the sinks for shaving. Customer service is also subpar in their restaurant.

Our stay at Biblauw was completely lovely! Staff was so welcoming, friendly and lovely!

The ladies at reception were very helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was nice and very clean but the bed wasn't that comfortable. The breakfast there was good but the waiting staff not so efficient and could be a bit friendlier.

Location was excellent! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants,shops and beach bars . The location is on a main one way street right at the turn of the street, we stayed in the apartment above the street view. If you don't mind noise then it's a great place. There is a lot of events in that area so parking can be a bit of a challenge. The la Reina cafe in directly under that apartment,and they turn on the music at 730 am and you can hear it through the floor. Lots of deliveries with beeping trucks and the trash cans are directly in front so that's very load as well. The restaurant is delicious and beautiful. The staff is excellent.
