Wonderful stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the location was amazing.

Hidden gem with a great location and a super friendly staff. Family-run.

This is a lovely B&B right on the Piazza della Signoria. You cannot get more convenient! It is clean and well-kept, with much history. The staff is so kind and helpful. There is no lift, though they bring your luggage up and down, so you only need to navigate the stairs yourself. There is a made to order breakfast each day in the dining room (community style). There are sodas, waters, liquors and mixers -everything provided. What a lovely treat! We stayed in one of the double rooms with the giant tubs. It was lovely to have a soak after exploring all day. Oh, and the rooms are so quiet. You would not ever know you were in one of the business parts of Firenze. While the hotel does have AC, it was still quite warm in the room, but it was also unseasonably hot during our visit. It was just a slight trade-off for all the other wonderful aspects. We would definitely stay again!

We only stayed one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer! The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was even better than we expected. So spacious and comfortable! 10/10 would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Florence. The location could not have been better!

We truly loved our stay at Piazza della Signoria - Residenza d'Epoca. From the moment we arrived the staff was quick to help us in any way possible. The amenities were amazing and my whole family loved the breakfast they served us as well. The location in Florence was perfect too. We highly recommend to any couples or families traveling to Florence to check this place out. It was such a nice experience for my family overall.

The hotel was even more beautiful than the photos. Large room & bathroom. Location was perfect. Our room was looking out on the piazza but never too loud at night. They really go the extra mile with the breakfast & little bar area where you can help yourself to drinks, free waters etc. You can tell the hotel is a real passion project & the owners should feel proud! Try Vini E Vecchi restaurant next door. Amazing food and vibes, but make a reservation if you don’t want to wait. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great hotel!! Super responsive staff, ready to attend to any needs. Minutes walk from all the major sights. Loved it.

If I ever come back to Florence I’ll be staying here again. Everyone was very helpful and it’s an amazing location.

We had a great stay here. Was able to check in early and they let us keep the room for the entire next day of our check out day because no one was in it. Staff was super helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and location was great. Would definitely recommended if you are planning on staying in Florence.
