Decent room, but far from everything. Security was great, felt like vip with all the security there was, but that's also what killed the experience. Due to security and hotel rules additional guest were not allowed in room. I had family that wanted to visit, but the hotel staff said that the meetup can only happen in the lobby, no privacy. As wonderful that the hotel was, untill they can relax the security rules about guests, I will not be returning.

I checked in first and after couple of hours my female partner came to the hotel to join. She’s stopped by the hotel reception and asked for our marriage certificate. Immediately I came to the reception and explained them I’m a citizen of New Zealand, we don’t get married, we have civil unions or de facto live in relationships. The front reception staff members hassled me so much and telling me without marriage certificate my partner can’t stay at the hotel. I had the worst hotel experience with this place and requesting all couples to stay away from this hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone, totally unacceptable behaviour from the hotel staff.

Terrible staff service, unfriendly. Broken intercom telephone, broken fridge, broken tv, broken lift buttons. Breakfast was terrible. Unclean, stained bedsheets, toilet seat was also not clean, cockroaches and mosquitos everywhere.

Updated clean rooms, Good & quite location, Good security. No good view from the rooms .Breakfast is normal and not as expected from Six Seasons. Overall hotel is okay.
