We loved the character of this hotel and its supreme location! Next to the park and the Charles Bridge with a fun French market right out the front door! Its location made everything easily walkable. The breakfast was fresh and we appreciated the snack/coffee in the afternoon. It was a clean and well kept property.

Beautiful property. We enjoyed the garden as our room was adjacent. Breakfast and brunch was a perfect compliment to our stay. Wonderful location.

This hotel is in an EXCELLENT location! You are right next to the Charles Bridge, so easy access to the town. You’re also on the side of the ricer that has Prague Castle and other beautiful sites, so location is a huge WIN! Our room was 18, and I was VERY pleased with its size (HUGE by European standards), the number of windows to let in natural light, and the size of the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the AC ran perfectly. The small refrigerator was also a plus. I was a bit taken aback by check-in. We came in early (around 11 AM) and were told our room wasn’t ready … 100% understandable. So, we stored our luggage and trekked into town. We arrived back at 1:50, and although our room wasn’t ready, the receptionist made us wait until 13:00 on the dot to check in. I can understand not letting us into the room is we’re hours early, but to literally make us wait 5 minutes? That is a bit extreme. Breakfast was free, but it was a disappointment. As such, we went into town every morning to eat. Housekeeping also didn’t leave us fresh towels, even though we had placed our dirty towels stacked neatly on the tub. However, this could simply have been a misunderstanding, as our towels were on the edge of the tub as opposed to in it. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a perfect location. Our room had an amazing view of the River. The room had so many simple but excellent touches- like the electric kettle and assortment of teas. Breakfast was yummy. Staff were so helpful! One of the boat hotel stays we have ever had.

Extremely clean hotel, very helpful staff, delicious breakfast and homemade borscht for afternoon pick me up👍. Air conditioner works but we didn’t need it. We opted to open window as the weather was cooler than usual for those days we stayed.
