The owner Valentina is an angel. She incredibly kind and helpful. She also cooks an amazing breakfast spread every morning. The place is quaint and charming, and the location is great. 20 min walk to town, and a 5 min walk to a restaurant with amazing views. Highly highly highly recommend. Thank you Valentina!!!!!!

Our stay at Villa Ana was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, Valentina was incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming. She made us feel at home right away and treated us like family throughout our stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very private. It’s the perfect place to relax, disconnect, and feel surrounded by nature and tranquility. At the same time, the warm hospitality makes it feel cozy and personal. The pool is absolutely beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. Valentina went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time in Capri.

I strongly recommend this property. The breakfast was Amazing. The room was very clean. Valentina made us feel right at home and had wonderful suggestions for us to take in the culture of the island. The property is simply gorgeous. I can't wait to return again. Make sure to try her pancakes :) Thank you again, Valentina, for making this stay our favorite memory of our trip. Ralph and Sarah.

Our stay at Relais Villa Anna was nothing short of wonderful. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a true Italian-coastal experience. Perfectly removed from busy Amalfi but close enough to easily access restaurants, beaches, shops, etc. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were taken care of from booking transport, to laundry, to meals, and more. The history behind the villa and the constant view of the Tyrrhenian Sea are unmatched.”

Wonderful! This 4 unit Villa atop a hill in Anacapri has excellent views and is only a 10 minute walk from the bus. Anacapri is a separate town, but close to Capri. Our host offered to arrange a car ( 20euros) to drive us from the ferry to the villa, but we declined as we wanted freedom to explore. We went to the Blue Grotto, ate lunch, etc. Then found out the taxi was 40euros. Our host suggested bus and that was only 7 euros for 2of us and luggage. If you are healthy and can walk to bus stop, it’s a much better deal and an experience! Our host met us at the stop and took us the rest of the way. We walked it the next day without luggage. Valentina and Salvatore are super helpful and provided great homemade breakfasts and a comfortable “home” for us for a few days. And I swam in the Mediterranean on November 2nd! Warm and sunny!

Our stay at Villa Anna was absolutely amazing! The hosts were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience. They helped us with everything from arranging transportation to securing reservations for restaurants, boat trips, and even massages. The breakfast was simply delicious, and communication throughout our stay was effortless. Villa Anna truly made our vacation unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend.

This property is not close to anything. Taxis will not go there. It's an addition above the owner's primary home has minimal insulation between the walls & floors. The noise from slamming cabinets and stomping late every evening was so loud. Also the neighbors in units on both sides loud yelling, tv's, & basically any movement of chairs/other furniture were very loud through the walls. I asked the host about this constant noise and he dismissed it. Asked him to speak with the guests he said was making the noise he didnt. I even explained the noise from downstairs was coming up late in the evening at midnight. The family has three children & I heard their newborn crying, had to use earplugs to sleep. My unit had a lose toilet seat in the bathroom about to fall off. I told the host, it wasnt fixed so I ask again his wife to address it. I was using the pool on the property &wanted to use my phone which had a low battery. I went to the front desk area which had a charger cord that the host had allowed me to use the day before. I plugged in my phone and the host wife came out and began loudly yelling at me over and over. This went on for some time and was very upsetting to me. I stood in the same spot shocked & endured her telling me. watched other guests couples be offered additional information and offers for booking reservations, which apps to use for the local bus schedule,other suggestions never offered to me 62 solo 62 year old.
