The bathtub in my room was not very clean, which was a minor issue. The carpet had a big sticky stain on it that I did not see and stepped in barefoot! Aside from those two cleanliness issues, I enjoy this hotel and feel that it is a nice place to stay overall. The staff are friendly and accommodating and it is nice that they offer two free bottles of water (where most hotels charge outrageous prices for such things).

There were no amenities outside of the gym. No room service or bell man. For a hotel listed as 5-star, I feel like some of these offerings should have been given. Also, the housekeeping would come really early and wake us up, even though we stated we wanted a later cleaning. With that being said, the location was really good. However, I don’t think I would stay at this hotel again.

A/c did not work well. Couldn’t get the room below 76 at night. Called front desk for help, even asked for a fan. No help. Next morning maintenance came by and did nothing but give us a fan.

I chose your hotel primarily because it is within easy walking distance to the Orpheum Theatre, where I watched my granddaughter perform as Glinda in "Wicked." The room was clean, the TV had lots of channels, I had a good dinner in the downstairs cafe (despite leaving my book there and not noticing it was missing until I reached the airport), and the two staffers at the front desk provided me with great information on how to take a bus (instead of a cab) to the airport, allowing me to see much more of the Twin Cities than just the area near the hotel, and taking only a half hour more than a cab for $2.00 instead of $50.00.

Overall decent hotel that is located near the convention center, 15 min walk. There is no mini market to get snacks or water. They have vending machines on 2 different floors. The one on the 13th floor didn’t work. The AC in our room didn’t work that great and it was 90+ in the summer. The restaurant in the lobby is wildly overpriced. $16 for a Bacon Egg and Cheese. Aside from all of that we stayed for 3 nights and never received any housekeeping. I don’t know if we were supposed to request that, but we never left the “do not enter” on the outside of the door.

The perfect location if you are staying in Minneapolis. Six minutes away from target field just a few steps away from target Arena, and countless dining options close by.
