This is a wonderful establishment with a friendly staff. It would be even better if there were more activity options for families.

Lot of restrictions. Poor information provided by receptionist. Aqua parc was good for the kids other than nit much going on. No alcohol at the aqua parc. As parent you to walk all the way to the main bar to get a drink and you can't take it to the parc. Entertainment below average. Food is average. The worst part is the AC in thr room. Barely blow air and it was hot outside 34 degrees c. Cash deposit for the towels unheard of. Over all below average for all inclusive.

Great hotel, food was awesome and plenty to choose from. The staff and animator team are the best. Aqua park is amazing too. Highly recommend.

Absolutely horrendous place to stay. The whole place is so filthy and disgusting. My husband got salmonella during our stay there and we were provided with zero support. The reception staff ( most of them) are so rude and unhelpful. The pools were so dirty as well. Stay away from this place!!

We had a short break of 3 nights at this hotel. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the cleaners did a good job of cleaning the room daily. The only downfall with the room is that there was no kettle and if needed you’d have to pay a charge for each night which I’ve never had done before. The staff were overall very friendly and helpful but upon check in I feel they could have done a better job of explaining certain things about the hotel as most hotels do. Lunch and dinner was excellent. The variety was huge and the food was very flavoursome and delicious. The breakfast was not to my liking but that’s just my experience as im particular with my breakfast. There was a lot of variety with croissants and pastries. There waterpark was also very good so I would recommend this hotel especially for families with young children

We had a great stay overall. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness mainly because of the size of the resort and the amount of people visiting daily. The staff were constantly cleaning and working around the clock, but guests can quickly make areas messy again. The only downside was the extra charges for early check-in and late check-out, which felt a bit steep, especially considering the standard check-in time is quite late at 3:00 pm and many travellers arrive on early flights. On the positive side, the evening and daytime entertainment were excellent, the grounds are beautiful, and the spa was lovely. The food was okay overall, but the fresh hot food was brilliant. The shuttle service to the square was also a really useful bonus.

Pros: - Hotel grounds are extremely well kept and clean, grass is cut and it is aesthetically pleasing - Restaurant food was good, it did not give us any stomach issues or food poisoning - Water park is decent for children, I have been to better but this will keep the children entertained. CONS: - Room was awfully designed - the toilet was separate and the sink was separate in the shower room, extremely unusual dynamic. It meant that we had to come out of the toilet without washing hands and then wash in the shower room. VERY STRANGE - the shower has zero privacy, so unless you want your children to see you naked or anyone else you are sharing with, it is a big NO. You can see into the shower room, not sure why they have this. - rooms are very dated, not4* standard, old. - not enough storage in rooms - staff in the restaurant are not helpful but this is because they are understaffed, they have one or two waiters managing an entire area, so every single time we had to request water and cutlery, it was very slow. - food hygiene is awful - not enough tongs to pick up food, vegetarian food and meat food next to each other which meant people mixed the tongs due to shortage of tongs - the worst thing for us was, NO Kettle to make baby formula. We begged with them to provide us with one so we could feed our baby and agreed to pay an extra charge, however, they did not provide this. So we had to keep going to the bar every time to make formula. NOT ideal if you have a baby.

It was a pleasant experience, offering a variety of activities suitable for all age groups. Additionally, the dining selections tend to be more extensive on weekends compared to weekdays. During peak times, securing a poolside spot or a table can be challenging.
