The location was very nice and near a subway line. The room was well-maintained and clean. My room was in the back of the building, and it was very quiet. It is a staff-less hotel, but questions were quickly answered over WhatsApp. All good. The hotel is committed to sustainability, which I believe is a very good thing, but there was no separate recycling bin for takeout coffee cups. And since the room did not have a kettle or coffee machine, I accumulated several. (When I asked over WhatsApp, the answer I received was to put them in the regular trash.) The hiccup was that the Hotels.com reservation system and the hotel's reservation system did not communicate well. When I eventually telephoned hotel support about arrival instructions (key access with phone, etc.), they could not find my reservation. It was eventually sorted out, but it raised concerns that I did not actually have a place to stay.

Breakfast 15 minute away in a restaurant, not acceptable when claiming breakfast included.

Dirty, no cleaning, and certainly no apartment, as there were absolutely no features in the room. Terrible experience.

Room was clean and the location great but the self-check in process was super annoying as you needed to login every time to old the room door

Great restaurant next door!

As sweat was dripping off me as I packed to leave in my “air conditioned” room, I was contemplating my review. The reason I chose this hotel over cheaper options was that it was air conditioned and hot weather was forecast for Munich. I was new to the self check-in hotel concept and I will never do it again. My air conditioner did not work and there was no one available to fix it nor to help me change rooms.

Good new hotel in a very nice area, even there is no front desk we managed to do everything by our own. The spaces were quite good

Ready to enter when we walked in the door. Quiet and very convenient location.

The hotel was in great location, and the room was nice and clean. I really liked the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel is self service and unfortunately I had trouble checking so it was by chance I managed to find one member of staff who was very helpful. It was a bit I comfortable knowing nobody was there especially during the night.
