Fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful. Rooms amazing.

It’s extraordinarily clear that the staff want you to feel well cared for. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. That said, just like most of the city - If you look closely, you see the cracks. The biggest bump in feeling completely relaxed was the presence of a dead cockroach in our bathroom ceiling lamp. Overall though, a very pleasant stay with some amazing humans that made us feel well cared for. Bonus points for the tortoise in the courtyard.

Very nice road in the old xity

This is the second time that I have stayed here and was not disappointed. The location is excellent as it is just off the main road and easy access into the centre or outside. The hotel itself is clean and luxurious. We stayed in the the junior suite downstairs this time and it was clean and quiet. The bathroom was spacious and clean.

The place was very clean and beautiful decorated. The manager was extremely helpful. He took his valuable time to help us. Very happy with the place and can’t say enough about the customer service we received.

Friendly staff

Service was exceptional, the Riad itself was a welcome slice of quiet in the otherwise hectic medina. Very comfortable and also excellent location.

My husband and I booked this hotel for our 20th year anniversary. It is an amazing place and the staff is incredibly friendly. Very clean and we had everything we needed. The front desk staff helped us book excursions and those wre also wonderful. The only thing is that there are no phones in the rooms to call the front desk. Our first night I was freezing because I didn’t realize there was a heater in the room. That was my bad. Also, it is a bit hard to find the front door because the main entrance is in an alley but that is the case with all the hotels in Marrakech. We had the most amazing time and felt incredibly safe walking at very late hours in Marrakech. Can’t wait to go back.

Superb location. Lovely room. Personable, helpful staff. Good generous breakfast. Delightful roof terrace on which to spend sunny mornings. Remember to look at shops nearby the hotel. Not all the good stuff is in the souks!
