The staff at this property are very friendly. Especially the front desk staff. I was there for a week on my own, a female discovering Georgia on a solo trip. They helped me with my tour guides, spoke perfect English and even showed me around town. I was never too shy to speak to them and they always made sure to help me whenever I needed it. The man who works at night, Aleks, is very professional and is always ready to help out any guest.
My favorite part about the hotel is the comfort. It’s almost like a hostel except it has private rooms and bathrooms within the rooms. They have a beautiful courtyard that I enjoyed having breakfast at and a cup of tea in the evenings after a long day. They’re very responsive and I genuinely enjoyed every minute in the comfort of the venue. Hotel Tiflis is the best! Be careful though, it might be a little difficult to find on google map after a day out and not many people in the area know where to find it. Make sure you retrace your steps and have google translate handy!
