From seamless room upgrade to delicious restaurant food, service and lake view, to arranging complimentary transfer to the enchanting Villa d’Este sister property to enjoy gelato in a beautiful lakefront setting, to arranging personal appointments, the staff and property far exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommended for travellers enjoying superior quality and service! Perfect lakefront Piazza Cavour location making it easy and convenient to walk around the Old Town!

Stunning hotel with beautiful views of Lake Como. The room was spotless and looked as if we were the first guests in it because it was so clean. The highest end fixtures and finishings I’ve ever seen in any hotel. The breakfast was nothing less than 5 Star. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the best in Como. Thank you to the staff for making it perfect

Everything is good

The hotel was in a perfect location. Next to the lake. Nice rooftop bar and dinner at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious. Super friendly staff. Easy access to ferries. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location, but a bit hectic area. It doesn’t have a gym and I did not anticipate that at a 5 star hotel.

You could tell this was new construction—everything felt pristine, elegant, and considered. Even the turn-down service was impeccable. And yes, the scent piped into the common areas? Spot on. Luxurious without being overbearing. The location is unbeatable—right in Como, yet peaceful. But the real surprise? The restaurant. We’ve traveled the world and dined at some of the most acclaimed places, but this may have been the best meal we’ve ever had. Bold flavors, inventive dishes, perfect execution. This is not just a hotel—it’s an experience. One that leaves you wanting to return the moment you leave. 10 out of 10. Easily.
