Friendly staff and clean facilities!

The property and the people were outstanding. This was an excaptional stay!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend and stay again on another trip.

Older rooms. Tub/shower has high side height making it difficult/dangerous to enter/exit. A/c is stand alone encased floor unit that shuts off when you pull key for lights upon exiting room. Convenient location to old Galway.

Amazing location and property

Great little hotel for a quick stop in Galway. Rooms well appointed, rainfall shower was magic after flying and driving. Full Irish was up to scratch, and the café has nice options too. Parking in the (almost) attached garage for €12 was easy enough (pro tip: don’t use the hotel’s name if you want to find this parking garage … it’s a long loop to get back to it)

Excellent and very friendly staff, amazing decor, nice restaurant on site; room decor is somewhat outdated; bathroom is nicely renovated, but sink did not drain at all, no shelves or drawers for clothes, window lock broken, toilet doesn't flush well

Great location and beautiful hotel. Staff was fabulous too!

Great room and very good restaurant and pub. Walking distance to all the sites!

Very pretty & clean hotel. Great area, nice bar/restaurant. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
