Our room had a slanted floor and the lighting was poor. Our room was at the far end of the hallway and it was very difficult to see there. The hotel is undergoing some construction on the main floor. The staff were all very friendly though. We did not eat at the restaurant as breakfast was not included.

Fantastic breakfast staff lovely under going some renovations didn't get in the way of anything but will be nice to see it all complete one day

The staffs and room were nice , great location but they forget to mention they were under renovation and on week end no access with car near the hotel.

Unfortunately there was no parking onsite as was listed and one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was we needed laundry facilities- and there were none. The room was adequate. It looks like it could be under some type of renovation. Location was good.

Bath room is maintained in a very clean condition. The reception staff are very kind with a friendly manner. It would be nice if there is a mini refrigerator in the room. Overall, I enjoyed staying this hotel very much.

We didn’t know what to expected as we chose this hotel based on the reviews. It was excessing our expectations. It was hard to leave. The room was large even with a king sized bed. The location was truly the gem. We walked 11 minutes to Cathédrale Notre-Dame and only 4 minutes to Petite France, Maison des Ponts Couverts and Barrage Vauban. There were countless restaurants and coffees around. We arrived late the first day and we still found a good restaurant to eat. This hotel lobby had water, coffee and pastries in the afternoon for guests. It was very considerate. We traveled with a dog, I never felt unsafe when I walked her late at night. I actually enjoyed walking with her at night. The atmosphere of the hotel areas just made me smile. Strasbourg is such a beautiful city to visit and this hotel is really a perfect place to stay. We will be back for sure!

The room we received had a double bed and did not have a shower, but a very big bathtub. It was difficult climbing into the tub and I thought it was dangerous. The surface was very slippery. They did not have another room available. The location is very good.

Everything was perfect. The location was perfect. Room was clean and big, the bed comfy. My only concern is anyone can just walk in, the front door is always open and you don’t see staff on the front desk. Made me feel a little uncomfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff . The hotel is in a good area . There is a parking close to hotel 44 euro per day and hotel gives discount card for that parking
