Nice, quiet rooms were very clean. Best thing is the friendly and helpful staff. Thanks Anna for making fresh coffee at 4:30am!

Clean and large rooms. Laundry facilities were clean. Quiet and safe location. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Michael even helped load our luggage into our car on the last day.

Clean room, very nice staff

The location was perfect foe our stay. The staff at check-in desk were very kind and friendly. The rooms were clean and neat.

After a surprise flight cancellation, we ended up at this property -- based on ratings, location, and price. The lobby and room were spectacular -- clean, easy to navigate, plush, luxurious bedding, and great bath amenities. Like everything in Anchorage, it is unduly expensive, but since we were in crisis, there wasn't much choice. The check-in was a bit of a mess, with the desk agent having stepped away and a sign reading "dial 0 from the Lounge phone." One problem -- no phone in the lounge!!! Eventually, the desk clerk returned and checked us in, but 15 minutes were lost during the transition. The room was great. Would recommend

Kitchen utilies are not

No breakfast but nice place

The room is clean, bed is comfortable. Most importantly their shuttle bus service to train depot and airport really helps for travelers without car. Compared to hotels in downtown, it is certainly cost-effective

They have a cook stove and full sized refrigerator, however no pots or dishes.

Convenient location and so useful to have laundry facilities though there were only two machines available so we did our load late Appreciated having the shuttle available to pick us up from the train depot as we arrived from Seward at 10:15 pm While I confirmed we were arriving at 10:15 I assumed they would pick us up soon after that time We finally called them around 10:40 to make sure shuttle knew to pick us up Shuttle arrived around 11 Driver asked if our train arrived late ( it arrived right on time) which made me think they were waiting for our call Next morning we had made arrangements to catch shuttle at 8:30 am to go to airport We were late (our fault and we didn’t call front desk to let them know we were running late ) shuttle was no longer available front desk said they called us multiple times and for some reason our phones never received their calls ( again not their fault and we apologized for that inconvenience) when my husband asked if they tried calling our room they said they couldn’t figure out which room we were in? Anyway not complaining at all as this was our bad but I would in the future always check with front desk the day before to confirm your shuttle and whether you need to call when you arrive or not
