We enjoyed our stay at Estrella. Lots of restaurants at the Casino. Staff were friendly and helpful. The kids in our group enjoyed the pool. At check-in they forgot to give us wrist bands for the pool. A map of the property would be helpful.

Spacious, clean room. The personalized greeting on the tv and phone were nice. Pool was out of service but they gave the option of the other hotel pool. It was quite a walk so we didn’t go. Casino is nice, friendly staff. Bad experience at the sandwich place. Waited over 20 minutes for cold sandwiches, I asked the supervisor (who as at the register) at the 20 min mark, she was dismissive and said ‘he’s making sandwiches now so they must be yours’ without ever checking. Guy making them finally called my name after another wait. Was rude when I asked if the sandwich w no cheese was marked. Turkey sandwiches were not good, my family thought they were fish! Would have ordered room service to avoid the frustration but was told no room service to this hotel only the one inside the casino. Overall good stay room was nice clean and comfortable

very nice lodging.

Our room was aged for as new as the property is. Carpet was dirty. Fridge area had exposed particle board. Blinds were broken so they did not close. Amenities such as coffee in reception was non existence. True disappointment for the amount of money paid. Would not stay again.

Great room and staff!

pool was clean, room was cool.

Friendly staff
