Reception and stairways smell of vomit.
Room absolutely tiny. Toilet pretty much in shower tray in smallest bathroom I have ever seen. But bed was fine. I booked at midnight same night as I needed it so can’t complain too much.

Not the friendliest of reception lady but the young man evening shift was lovely and helpful. My room was spotless and housekeeping did an excellent job. As there are no breakfasts served it would be a good idea to maybe have a bit more on offer other than tea or coffee. Also this is the first hotel i have stayed in where they charge you £5.00 for WiFi. Really that is dinosaur days. Don't really know if you would class it as family friendly, as was pointed out to me it's an ok hotel because it's a great location. The shops nearby are good and there is a Tube station 10 mins from hotel
