This is an excellent apartment in a wonderful location! Our family of 4 (two children) had plenty of room, the apartment was clean and comfortable for our week's stay in Nice. The staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and answering any questions we had. We really loved the location with the big windows and natural light. It was very walkable to everything situated right in Old Nice overlooking a plaza where there was the antique market, food market and 3 minute walk to beach and many shopping areas. We absolutely loved our stay!

A great little apartment in the heart of everything.

Great location (close to everything and beach), spacious room for the family with 2 teens. Loft was very helpful. We felt like we had 2 rooms. There are a lot of shopping, restaurants, just in the heart of Old Town. AC was ok but I feel that 90% properties in France has inadequate AC (especially by the American standards), however, it did work. We had small kitchenet and washer/dryer that we had an issue to figure out:) The hotel is a little distance from the train station but still walkable.

As a family of five, we had an excellent stay at this hotel/apartment. The location was outstanding—just a 2-minute walk to the Promenade and within walking distance of countless restaurants, cafés, bakeries, gelato, and crêpe shops. There were also several stores nearby that sold everything we needed for the beach, including water shoes, floaties, goggles, and other essentials for kids. Having a pharmacy just around the corner was also very convenient (although it is closed on Sundays). The only downside was the noise at night. We happened to visit during the FIFA games, and the hotel management had already informed us that it would be louder than usual and that it was unfortunately beyond their control. The windows don’t block much of the outside noise, so you can hear quite a bit from the street. Improving the window insulation would make a noticeable difference. Thankfully, after long days of sightseeing, our family was so tired that we still slept well. One thing to keep in mind is that Uber cannot drive directly to the property, so you’ll need to walk a few minutes to the nearest main road for pickup and drop-off. If you’re traveling with children or luggage, it’s worth allowing a little extra time. Overall, the fantastic location and convenience made this a wonderful place for our family. Staff is wonderful and made our stay comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to other families visiting Nice.

It’s very noisy in our room that faces a busy square. There are bars and restaurants next door that open till midnight or later.

Everything was good. Location was near everything which was difficult at night and the early hours. Definitely stay again
