The location, view, staff and facilities at this hotel are 10/10. This hotel is an eco-village and the rooms close to the ocean side of the hotel don’t have any windows so no natural light. They have timber shutters which you can open but not too much as baby monkeys may get in. The shower is open air and has monkey rails so they can’t get in. There are no TVs as this isn’t the hotel concept. This hotel has a lot of monkeys, they can take your items you leave out, they are looking for food and jump in an swim in the pool so make sure you like monkeys when booking here!

The resort is beautiful and well kept. It’s definitely eco friendly so be sure to remember that and know that maybe the AC won’t be as cold as you want it and you can hear the wild life outside all hours of the night.

11/10 luxurious beyond. Everything amazing. Staff, location, food and the views spectacular. The infinity pool for relaxation, sunsets second to none. The property is Gorgoeus. Close proximity to town and other amazing restaurants. A smile on everyone’s faces and accommodating for all needs. A great beach below and monkeys 🐒 sure to visit.

This place was great! Good location, great spa service, beautiful pools, etc. The only negative was that since the bathrooms are considered outside there are many ants. We got a room with a bathroom and ants got into my pill box since I left it in the bathroom. Other than that this place was great!

For a 4 star property, no TV’s in the room, the WiFi hardly worked in the room, fridge broke down with my medication in it.

Suarga would have to offer one of the best sunset views in the Uluwatu area. It’s easy to see why so many people come just for a sunset drink — the atmosphere is incredible and the views are spectacular. The breakfast was fresh, healthy, and a great way to start the day. Throughout my stay, all of the food and drinks were delicious and exceeded expectations. A few minor improvements could make the experience even better. The shower took around three minutes for the hot water to come through, and the room was quite noisy from nearby traffic, particularly at night. The bathroom lighting was also quite dim, making it difficult to get ready, and an additional mirror in the bedroom would be a welcome addition. Overall, this is a beautiful resort with stunning views, excellent food, and a unique atmosphere. The location and sunset experience alone make it well worth a visit, and I would happily stay here again.

Cannot speak more highly of our experience staying here on our honeymoon. The hotel feels modern, clean and well maintained even though it has a traditional Balinese feel to it. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you, we appreciated the group WhatsApp chat where the staff were on hand to help with anything you needed, including bringing drinks to the pool. The team helped us to book a doctors appointment, surf lessons and a trip to the uluwatu temple and made this so easy and stress free. The food and drinks in the restaurant were lovely including breakfast. The location was brilliant for us as we like to be able to wander to shops/restaurants and this was possible here but no matter how busy the street was outside the hotel felt so peaceful inside and relaxing. Close to the beach and got to watch the gorgeous sunsets every night from the pools and our balcony. Highly recommend.

Our stay was quite magical with exquisite sunset views each evening and an unforgettable experience with every staff interaction. We had delicious food, drinks, and every latte was professional quality. Every time we had a question, it was met with patience and care. Our room was cleaned daily and we were given everything we needed to have an incredible time during our stay in Uluwatu. My only wish is about the spa experience: it would be nice if they stocked water for the guests, and if they did a full mani/Pedi with cuticle care, and deep foot scrub to really get through the dead skin. The girls doing the massage were awesome and so sweet, but I'm afraid they don't understand what a Lymphatic massage entails. I was hoping for some lymphatic drainage of my face also. It was a pretty good deep tissue massage, however. After a massage, especially a Lymphatic massage, water is essential and it was disappointing that I had to wait to get back to my room to hydrate my body. The reflexology massage was pretty similar. I would recommend that the spa offers what they know instead of these options, until the staff is trained.
