I was not able to arrive in Uganda as planned due to some logistical complications from the health crisis in Congo. Even though I had booked a non refundable reservation, the staff allowed me a credit to use in the future. They were very responsive and helpful! Thank you!

Great place to stay in Kampala

Very efficient and warm welcome and very attentive staff. The room and breakfast were excellent. Sadly, the restaurant service on three evenings was terrible. I hosted a graduation dinner on 26th Feb. and my guests had to wait 2 hours (YES, 2 hours) for the starters to arrive. Then the main courses arrived one by one, not all together, and ladies were served last. How is this from a hotel claiming to be at the forefront of hospitality and even running a hospitality school.

Room was excellent, gardens and pool delightful, staff helpful and friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfasts. Good gym facilities.

Great staff and location. They picked us up at the airport, despite numerous flight delays. Breakfast buffet was fantastic!

I would have given a perfect score if it was not for a small glitch , I was waken up by some guests discussing accross my door at 1 am , while this is to be on the guest one has to admit the room is rather easily disturbed by external noise which makes it a bit of an issue when you need some very needy rest after a long week

Fun

"The breakfast was not great. It would be much better if the menu were more varied, as having the same breakfast every day becomes repetitive. Introducing new items or rotating options regularly would make the experience more enjoyable."

Yo, staff was awesome.
