The location is perfect for downtown Boston. This hotel charges for everything. Parking is $70/day. No amenities in the lobby. The hotel is clean but very small rooms and very dated. If you need anything they respond immediately.

It does not look like the pictures! It is much more dated and the cleanliness was lacking. Not to mention that the check in staff gave no information at all. Only plus is the location.

Dated interior with fading/peeling paint, stains on ceiling and curtains and carpets. Did not eat from the on site restaurant so can’t speak of that. But many restaurant options in the area. Room was clean but felt old. Staff was friendly.

Unfortunately a huge cockroach went across our floor the morning we were leaving. I did let the desk know and we were credited 50 but we have to go home and wash everything and spray to make sure no eggs came with us. I contacted the front desk that I needed my car at 9:30. We waited until 10:30 and no car. The valet parkers said they were not notified so when I told them they did get it right away. We went there because it was close to TD Gardens and we were attending the Ariana Grande concert. People were friendly.

We have stayed at the Wyndam Beacon Hill for 15+- years, for specialist appointments at MGH. But, the facility has apparently not been updated in all that time. Rooms were dingy. Carpets were worn and dirty. Bathroom caulking had turned brown with age …… or not being cleaned. Remote controls were dirty and worn. Staff was too busy to answer questions or help with disabled guests. Parking was outrageously expensive. Other nearby places are available, so don’t waste your money here.

We had an unexpected multi-day stay here for a long hospital visit. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Location can’t be beat for Mass General but also a nice area to be, lots of restaurants and close to Quincy Market and beautiful Beacon Hill.

We received a full refund. There were wet stains all over the carpet and immediately when we got there, our bathroom toilet didn’t work. The worker took over an hour to fix it and it still didn’t work and his body odor stunk up our room so badly we had to remove rooms. After we moved rooms, the tub had ankle deep stagnant water so we couldn’t use the tub. We got back from our concert at midnight and nobody could shower. The guy who came to fix it brought a plunger. A plunger does not fix a shower. Needless to say it still didn’t work. We had an event to go to the next day, so couldn’t shower and we had a nursing mother with us who had to endure stagnant water in the tub. It stunk all night. We got free breakfast vouchers to the full service restaurant which we were told opened at 7 AM. Only to be told: Nothing on the menu is available except a yogurt. The weight staff literally giggled telling us they had no food. It was the most bizarre experience I’ve ever had. I will never ever stay at a place like this again. It was over $400 per night and luckily we got a full refund. Additionally, our original room that we wanted was against the plaza that was quiet, and when they moved us, the room literally had construction outside and kept us up all night with horrible dumpster sounds during the construction.

Very Meh. Convenient location. Check in clerk no eye contact, didn’t speak to us directly but to receptionist to his left.

Great location but that is about it. Looks way better in pics. Lobby is passable, rooms, hallways, bathrooms should have been updated a decade a go. Rough condition. Plus $75 to park in Boston? Ouch. Oh and you need to allow 30 min for staff to retrieve your car. We chose the hotel because it has a pool. The pool area matched the rest of the hotel. The bathroom at the pool reminded me of my Soviet past. Not what anyone should see in a major American city in 2026.
