Fantastisch
Kevin at the front desk was amazing! He helped us so much after our long flight. Super convenient if you’re going on a cruise or just cruising Pike Place Market area or even the Waterfront area. Also their chowder was so good

The hotel is in an excellent location and very clean. But they are very understaffed at the desk. From long waits, to allowing people to cut in line, I don’t think I’d stay here again.

Fantastisch
We had an amazing stay and loved our balcony with a great view of the harbor and the location was excellent - very close and walkable distance to all main sites and also to the Mariners Stadium. Great pre-cruise Hotel. All staff was great. Will definitely stay here again.

We were told several times from 2:00- 6:00pm we could check in within 1/2 hour. Every time they told us the room was not ready. This was for a corner suite and an adjacent room. Very expensive. There were no cups . No amenities in the bathroom. Terrible customer service. I will never book this hotel again. Room service arrived in brown paper bags like for take out. And it was over $200. Awful.

Wonderful location and restaurant. Rooms were comfortable. Air conditioner was a bit noisy. Ask for room with balcony if you want fresh air. Staff was friendly.

Excellent location across from cruise ship docks. Food service very limited. All ordering of room service done through QR code. Someone then delivers take out bag to your room, and you’re charged a delivery fee. No live coffee service outside the limited hours of the dining room, which also has very limited availability. Small lobby luggage check in/storage area with one attendant for huge crowds of pre-cruise passengers. Reception desk very slow, appeared understaffed. Very expensive for such a limited hotel but again, it’s the location.

The hotel was in a great location to catch our cruise but not ideal for places to eat. We went July 4th and a lot of the businesses were closed. The hotel is good and room clean. Staff helpful.
