When we arrived at the hotel a show was s the room , small little windows, larger window view a meter of window a roof smell like the room has not been open for a few days! Maybe because Air conditioning was off, room near breakfast! It were noises of doors closing , also from breakfast area! We were walk up at 6am because the window above our bed had no some block as the other ones so the light went straight to our faces! Next day told them about the noises and the window , so they came they cover the window with a cardboard boxes and tape!! Noises of the doors stop ! Breakfast , limited facilities but Irene went out of her way to help us!! Eggs were cold and first day they warm then up on a microwave!! This is a 4 star hotel!! Location for us was excellent !Prefer not to had all those inconveniences!! The staff trying to help, but so much they can do!
