Un établissement qui mériterait une bonne restauration au niveau des équipements et de l'entretien des chambres le tout étant vieillot. Le personnel est serviable, attentionné et disponible. Un bon restaurant qui doit pouvoir satisfaire les plus exigeants. Un endroit que je recommande pour son bar, son restaurant et son petit déjeuner.

The WiFi failed on the final day - inconvenient when checking for flights home etc. There was a rooster crowing at 1:30 in the morning and again just before dawn. Breakfast had limited choice.

Very helpful and very kind staff; the hotel itself needs some renovation. Some rooms need a lot better room-to-room sound proofing.

There is a great piscine and a private beach on the Med. The outdoor bar is verynice as is the option to eat the nightly buffet.

excellent Hotel for little money in a stunning area, beach like 1 minute from the Hotel and city about 30 minutes walk or 5 minutes by taxi, friendly staff, breakfast not good but for the money, it's not a problem. But seriously, how can it be that such a great Hotel has only Wifi in the reception area and that one is not even working well? That's the only reason why I gave 4 instead of 5 Stars.

The service was not very good! There were a few staff members who were nice (older gentleman on morning of checkout and overnight security), but most of them were not (housekeeping supervisor, breakfast staff and overnight front desk agent). They had difficulty finding our reservation even though we called in an advance to advise of a same day booking and late arrival. Weren't helpful to tired travelers. In the morning, we asked the housekeeping supervisor what time breakfast was until and she said it was closed. It wasn't. But breakfast wasn't much better as staff there were quite rude too. When we returned to the room, the supervisor was now yelling at a housekeeper in the hallway. My husband told her how unprofessional she was yelling at staff in front of guests and giving us bad information. We have stayed in 5 star luxury resorts and 2 star basic residences. One thing we expect from them all is to be treated as though we are welcome in their hotel. This hotel failed miserably. We will not be returning.

I was on a 3 day business trip. They overcharged me when I wanted to pay in local currency. Extremely old facility. Don't get impressed by the pictures. They only redecorated the entrance and Lobby. Room fourniture is OK but the room has many signs of a half century old: Moist, Mold, Rust. Breakfast starts at 7h30 while I gotta be at work at 7h30. The second day, I stayed to have a decent breakfast: Cheap hot chocolate and a piece of industrialized cake! When I come in during the day, all gates are shut. You need to wait outside for the guard or cleaning personal to show up. never again

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in, there was no hot water, no food was available although we paid and was charged for 'half board', there was no heating available in the room and when asked if we could move to another room, we were told they were all the same, so had to spend the night in a dirty, cold room, the room was not cleaned- there were toe nail clippings on the rug, the sheets were dirty and stained liked someone checked out and we were given the room without it being cleaned, would not recommend staying in this so called 'hotel' at all, it should be closed down!!!!

My only good memory is the kindness of the staff. All the rest was not satisfying for a two stars. The price sold in the website is too high for what it worths.
