The staff was exceptional and the accommodation was just right for us. The location worked well for our interests and we made friends with people at the local coffee shop and restaurants. This is a fine property for those who don't spend a lot of time at the hotel (very limited public gathering space).

Not worth the location. Very cold and noisy. We had to book another one to be able to sleep. Not worth saving a few bucks

Durante mi estancia en Petit Recoleta Suites se produjo un corte de energía que el hotel no tuvo la culpa. Todos los edificios en la calle no tenian eletricidad. Sin embargo, el hotel no estaba preparado para un apagón.No había suficientes luces de respaldo o un generador. Debido al hecho de que no había electricidad, el agua no corría, por lo tanto, no pude lavarme los dientes ni ducharme durante 2 días.

The hotel advertised is very different from the real hotel. Rooms comfort is minimal, no space to serve the breakfast, the breakfast is not a continental breakfast. Probably good for a couple of days stay but no longer than that.
