Unterdurchschnittlich Do not make the same mistake we did. Do not stay at this location! We were going to stay for two nights, so we were going to overlook the hard bed and damp smell. As we tried to sleep all we could hear was mice running around. It sounded like they were fighting and there was continuous squealing noises. All of this started around 2 am so we didn’t know what to do that late at night and were scared to leave the bed. It sounded like they were in the ceiling and walls. We got no sleep whatsoever and woke up to see mice droppings all around the room. It was the worst stay of my life and I have stayed at some questionable hostels. I don’t know how other people said it was clean and a great stay. We packed up the next day and left to a nearby hotel which was great. I reached out to Expedia and they said the aparthotel refused to refund my stay, which I am very disappointed because no one should have to sleep in those conditions. The fridge also had an old fruit smell and just over all it felt gross. I should have trusted my instincts and not slept there. Disgusting place. Check in was fine and location is good, but it is NOT worth it.

I’m really impressed with my stay at Golden Queen ApartHotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment has a kitchen which is perfect for longer stays, and everything is modern and spotlessly clean. The services are excellent, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful.
Best of all, the location is fantastic — super central and just minutes from Nguyen Hue Walking Street and all the main attractions.
If you want comfort, convenience, and great value in the heart of HCM, this is the place! I’ll definitely be back to it again.

The room was nothing like advertised online. Much older and dated. Dirty pillows that weren’t even bed pillows. We checked in and checked out within 15 minutes. False advertising.

Spacious, clean,bed was very uncomfortable and no sheets just over throws .but the staff did what they could to make it comfortable so 5 stars for staff especially lucky.

I want to give 5 star to the staff Mr. Lucky for his excellent service.
The hotel amenities was not my expectation. Bed sheet and cover was too old. Pillows were very hard. Even don’t have a blanket. Towels were too old and dry/hard, they were clean thou.
