The room was clean and the air conditioning was great to cool off after walking around in Rome in July!
The staff was very nice, especially Mario at the front desk. Breakfast was delicious. This is my second time staying here, and I will be back.

Clean room. Staff was very helpful. Hotel staff generously helped us arrange transportation for 10 people from the airport to the hotel for a few days in Rome. They then helped arrange transportation to the cruise port in Civitavecchia and back to the airport when our cruise was over. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Considering that this isn’t the poshest Hotel in town, and therefore more reasonable in price, it’s great value - the rooms were clean, as were the bathrooms, perhaps not the most glamorous of buildings but again, well kept considering the building’s age. The staff are faultless, helpful, friendly, proficient. Breakfast buffet was nothing groundbreaking, but perfectly adequate, especially for a city stay. Location is ideal in many ways being close to Termini train station & on a main road with abundant bus routes - definitely a perfect option if you can’t afford the prices of the more central hotels. All in all, a great stay, would happily stay here again. My only criticism with our particular room was that the shower cubicle was a touch small, older/larger people would struggle, and if you don’t like street noise be sure to close the windows at night. Considering the price though, 10/10! Thank you Hotel Miami! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Fantastisch Hotel is clean. The rooms are quiet. Staff are helpful. The location is perfect. Just the right distance from Roma Termini. Not too close, not too far.
