We decided to stay here for a last minute trip. The staff when checking in was friendly and helpful. The room was not immaculately clean but not too many issues initially. The toilet was very short and we even had issue with it overflowing. We only changed the door tag to allow a cleaning one day and they came in and took trash and took old towels but left the beds unmade. I’ve never had this happen at a hotel where the bed was left but everything else done. We requested a pack and play for our toddler and the quality of what we received was terrible. The sides easily fell down and the base was the wrong size (which is a hazard for babies). The other thing that is not accounted for before booking is that there is a fee per night for parking. That was not mentioned on the site for booking.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful. Unfortunately the stay we booked through a third party did not include breakfast. We were a bit surprised that we were charged for overnight parking.

We arrived at 1 pm and was told our room was ready but we would be charged $50 early check in fee. I have never been heard of this before. This turned me off from staying at this location again.

I had originally made a reservation for 4 nights and 5 days. After the third night, I couldn’t sleep in that room one more night. Let’s put it this way: I had to cut my trip short, because I developed an allergic reaction to the room. Not sure if it was mold on the carpet (it smelled very humid, and it had obviously not been cleaned in a while), or the AC unit filter had probably not been replaced in a while (if it had one)… when I called the front desk to request my room to be changed, all I heard was “we cannot give you a refund for your last night”, never offered me a new room; or even asked me if there was anything else they could offer. Now the reception area is very well taken care of, so it was very disappointing to see the conditions of the 6th floor, after I got off the elevator, and you could see and smell the poor upkeeps of the common areas. Carpet looked rather nasty, and walls were questionable.. but once I reached the room, started noticing definite signs of lack of cleanliness, such as hairs on the shower, and that humid smell from the carpet. I assumed it was probably due to the AC not being set to a cold temperature, so I lowered it to 68 degrees from 72, and hoped for the best… Even my wife started sneezing, having runny nose and watery eyes reaction after the second night… And the rest is history… Needless to say, I would definitely take my business elsewhere.

This hotel bathroom’s shower is ridiculous. The entire floor gets wet. Also, make sure your phone is charged because if you have to wait for anything, the sitting areas don’t have any outlets nearby. There should be sitting along the walls. Also, the most serious one… they will give you a free cookie which has nuts in it. Nuts are one of the most common allergies in the world. Why couldn’t they just had plain chocolate chip cookie or sugar cookie? That’s so inconsiderate! And they don’t let you know to beware of the nuts in the cookie either.
