City Park Hotel (Hótel Múli)

While the staff at the hotel was lovely, we did have some issues with our stay. The main problem was that (we came from the US) we brought converters and the outlets in the room were the UK type outlets, not the Iceland outlets so our converters didn't work. The only Iceland outlet was in the bathroom - not the ideal place to charge our electronics and only 1 outlet. There were usb outlets but none of them worked. The mattress pads were also made of some type of plastic that was LOUD and HOT. We took them off and just put the sheets on the mattresses to sleep.

Breakfast was amazing and the rooms were very clean

The staff was very helpful and readily accommodating. The breakfast was ok, not too stellar but they had good coffee and hot chocolate available throughout the day. Laundry was on site and free but too many people were using. The rooms are spacious, ok from a cleanliness standpoint. No venting in the bathroom which was quite small and not to accessible for handicapped people. Small refrigerator in room but no microwave. There is no central air and night time the room gets very stuffy and hot despite opening the window.

Très bon petit déjeuner. Très bien situé. Très belle décoration. Stationnement un peu difficile.

Very nice hotel a few miles from the city center. Room was very nice, modern flair, spacious, with a nice full-size bath. Free breakfast buffet was nice as well was the seating. They had a very nice lady there to help keep the area neat and clean, she was sweet. Check in was smooth as glass, the counter person was very professional and efficient. She was there during the day, I do not have her name, but she was great. (younger blonde so give her a raise)!

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. We were even offered an upgrade when we arrived. Great breakfast too! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was great. Parking was a little confusing but we had no issues. Overall awesome stay!

Good location for coming and going. Staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. All day coffee and tea is nice. Lots of recreation room to sit and socialize outside of your room. Laundry facilities were great to have as well. Contential breakfast was good and nice to start the day. Restaurants close by and grocery stores (netto) are close. All walking distance.

Excellent rooms and the property. The breakfast was top notch. Amazing value for money too.

Washrooms are not clean. Specially the shower cubicles
