I sent an email and they never responded. I stayed at this hotel from June 5 to June 7 after checking my bank account, I noticed that I was charged $60 for parking. However, the hotel's website states that parking is $15 per day, so I was surprised by the additional charges.
I contacted Metropolis regarding the parking fees, and they informed me that the hotel does not offer unlimited in-and-out parking privileges unless a specific parking pass has been purchased. This policy was never explained to me during my stay, nor was it clearly communicated when I parked my vehicle.
Additionally, the hotel's website displayed photos of a swimming pool, but upon arrival I discovered that there was no pool on the property. This was disappointing and felt like misleading information.
As a Marriott Bonvoy member for several years, I expected greater transparency and accuracy regarding both parking policies and property amenities. These situations were frustrating and unfair, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues to prevent future guests from having the same experience.
