Clean rooms , excellent staff and a great hotel with a view of the Alps! I would recommend staying here.

Room was clean and air conditioner worked great since we arrived during the heatwave that hit Europe. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even had laundry room to use.

Nicely updated hotel that is a 5 minute drive to the airport. Basic amenities covered, but no frills. Room was quiet, air conditioning worked well during a hot visit, but the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Some confusion upon check in, and there was a additional coat of 15 euro for a check out time that was one hour later.

The hotel is clean and organized. I like it because its easy to hop on the bus.

good price!

Great location right next to the bus stop. Made it easy to see Salzburg and enjoy our stay. Rooms were very nice and clean.

Nice place to stay

clean,excellent costumer service., well situated

Real confusion at the beginning with checking in, overcharged with additionals, more than Expedia has said, and I booked a lot of hotels globally…

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms were clean, and the staff—especially the room service team—were incredibly helpful and friendly.
