Grossartig

The staff were extremely helpful although after 2 complaints we never did get the safe fixed. The rooms are dated and could use a little t.l.c. There are however very clean.

Location , Location , Location !! Couldn't pick a better spot on the strip with little grocery store across street and bus stop to airport and Hop off and on tours just a short walk up street . Only downside is elevator is very small ( problem when loaded with luggage ) Troy from Canada

Superb location near squares & monuments with many good restaurants on the doorstep and close to all travel systems. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the bistro waitresses - we had breakfast included.

From checkin to checkout the staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. Room good size and very comfortable with very nice bathroom. Bistro bar was quite and had good selection of drinks along with a friendly and helpful waiter. Good location for walking around with many restaurants, bars and attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

What a find! This centrally located hotel was our home away from home. Wonderfully designed from top to bottom decorated mixing traditional and modern styles. The infinity pool was a nice welcoming place after a long day walking the paved street of Lisbon. The morning breakfast buffet with it's fresh pastries, scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, breads, cereal, fruits,.....is something no one should miss. The staff made us feel welcome and were helpful with any of our requests. Everybody spoke English very well and were always smiling. The kindness of Katia at the front desk, Vera at the restaurant and Joao, the director, made our trip one to remember.
