Grossartig The apartment was clean and central. The only problems we encountered was there was a few homeless people asleep on the pavement outside the apartments each day. Construction works were also taking place with loud drilling starting at 7.30 - 8am each morning

The location of Slow Suites Setas is great as all major tourist attractions are within walking distance of (most less than 20 mins, a couple around 30 mins). We appreciated that there were pre packed small bags of washing powder provided so that we could do laundry during our stay. We didn’t manage to arrange a cleaning service whilst we were there (forgot by the time we got back to the apartment each day) but appreciate that this was available. Both bedrooms and the main living area had aircon which was fantastic. The only major downside is the noise from the street, I stayed in a bedroom on the street side so didn’t get a restful sleep most nights - you can hear people talking until around 1-2am, it quietens down for a few hours but then seems to ramp up again from 5am onwards. There were also loud trucks/cleaners outside on most nights too. My family members however stayed in a different bedroom and couldn’t hear this so very dependent on room location. Many plug sockets on the wall are loose which makes it difficult when it comes to charging electronics as they stop charging. Was also disappointed that there was no full length mirror! Plenty of space in the apartment where one could be installed. Finally, would’ve appreciated a full size ironing board - the mini one provided was too small so it took extra long to iron clothes. Overall an enjoyable stay and would recommend staying here.

Stop looking, you just landed on the best place to stay in Seville. I am going to start with the negative first then add the positive after.
1) This place is not for you if you want complete silence when you are sleeping. There will be noise from outside (But my room was in the first floor, and personally, I didn't think it was too bad, in fact I enjoyed it. I felt that I was a part of the city).
2) If you are not tech savvy, check in is a little challenging. I tried to call using Whatsapp and my phone told me that I can't make calls to Spain (even on Whatsapp, with international calls?). It took some time to finally get the code with the assistance of some residence so contact your provider and make sure you have an access to your email on your phone. Now the positive - That's pretty much everything.
1) The location was outstanding, about a mile walk to the train station. It was a 20 minutes easy walk which was good when I did day trips to Cordoba and when I was ready to go to Malaga.
2) It's 10 minutes from everything that you want to visit (it's all in the same area) - Setas De Seville is 5 minutes walk, Cathedral and Alcazar is 10 minutes, and Plaza de Espana is about a mile which is 20 minutes.
3) Close proximity to restaurants (foods and drinks) and there is a supermarket few minutes walk).
4) The view from the window is unbelievable with a beautiful church across the street (It was worth the noise).
5) The suite was large and "eat off the floor clean and very modern.

Staff was very responsive and available at any time. Property was clean and very spacious including the bathroom. Bed and pillows were comfortable. TV was working - my husband was able to see the soccer matches at night. Location was great for our needs — super close to the La Seta where there are tons of places to eat underneath, little stores for souvenirs and water/snacks and even a pharmacy right beside. It was walking distance to the Seville Cathedral which was very important due to the timed entry we have to meet. From the cathedral, we simply walked to the Alcazar palace and onto Maria Luisa Park where the Plaza España is also located. Everthing was great BUT the air conditioning — not good during summer!!! This is why I gave it 4 stars because the air conditioner in the bedroom barely worked during our first night and by our second/ last night my son and I were literally sweating bullets despite putting it on the coolest setting/temperature — we tried between 16-20C with no avail.. the room temperature remained 25-26C. We did all troubleshooting (closing both doors and adjusting the settings at different times during the entire night).. Needless to say, I did not get any sleep at all. I normally sleep with at least 20 C at home. Sleep to me is as important as food and water! — especially that we have been touring for the last 7 days under extreme heat! The air conditioner in the living room worked fine though.
Parking off site is by luck just like anywhere else.

I booked a two-bedroom unit, and to my surprise, it actually came with three bathrooms. The space was extremely large, and we stayed very comfortably throughout our visit. The place was also very clean and well maintained.
The location is excellent as well. It was easy to get anywhere either by walking or by taxi, and most rides were under $10, which was very convenient.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property.

Property was in a great location. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Check in was a little tough, All automated, great in theory but was challnging. Customer service was great and helped with the hiccups.

Great place to stay close to Sestas which is a main gathering area with some night life and lots of places to eat. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction in the area but that’s not any fault to this place. Place was clean and easy access all via phone. All the amenities were available. Great pizza place at the corner for late night snack. Only issue was one of the shower drains drained slow. Didn’t impact us much so didn’t make an issue of it.
