All the rooms face the ocean. The view is beautiful from any room. The property, pools, lobbies, are very well maintained. It was a pleasure staying here. They even upgraded us to a bigger room with a gorgeous massive balcony (the Gala room). The breakfast was fantastic. And clean and well maintained. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only constructive criticism I can give is that the “concierge” service needs serious work. The concierge (when he was actually there, which was rare) was very friendly but knowledge was minimal. Also they had no ideas for us as to what else there was to doin Eilat. There should be a knowledgeable dedicated concierge in a hotel such as this one that is upscale (and maybe brochures if things to doing Eilat)
