Room was clean no issues if your concern is bug related or previous stays with stains, the bathroom works perfectly well providing hot water and appropriate water pressure. Staff was amazing helped me print a visa for my next destination and are willing to give out local tips and food recommendations. Easy for transfers to find from airport and about 30-40 minutes away given traffic.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Everything felt clean, comfortable and well-organized. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

This hotel was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Despite having already booked and paid, the staff couldn’t even find our reservation, wasting our time and causing unnecessary stress. Check-in was a disaster—slow, disorganized, and unpunctual. To make matters worse, we were arbitrarily asked to change rooms, completely upending our plans and adding to the chaos. The rooms themselves were inadequately prepared, with no basic amenities provided, forcing us to chase staff for things that should have been standard. The service was inattentive, disorganized, and downright frustrating. For a supposedly professional hotel, this experience was shocking. The lack of competence, courtesy, and efficiency made our stay deeply unpleasant. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere—it is nothing short of a headache disguised as hospitality.

Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Jay Suites! The location is perfect for exploring Thamel, and everything is within walking distance. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-maintained. What stood out the most was the staff — super friendly and always willing to help with anything. Great value for money. Highly recommended!
