We traveled all the way from Canada and have stayed in hotels around the world, but this was the first time we encountered a hotel that charged each guest separately for Wi-Fi. We found this very disappointing, as complimentary Wi-Fi is a standard amenity in most hotels today.
We were also surprised that there was no complimentary bottled water in the room for guests to enjoy with their coffee or tea.
In addition, the hotel charges $27 plus tax for parking which felt excessive considering that Wi-Fi was not included.
The outdoor pool was much smaller than it appeared in the advertised photos and felt almost like an indoor pool. Unfortunately, it did not match the expectations created by the hotel’s website.
Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but these issues were disappointing and took away from the overall experience. We hope the hotel will consider improving these amenities.
