Lovely hotel with friendly staff and amazing breakfast. Rooms were comfy and could have done with a bigger pool. Drinks service could have been quicker but we liked the hotel. The location was great too

great location, awesome pools and views, close to everything.

Great location, but very busy and impersonal. Pool area too small for volume of guests. Reception keep strictly to the 4pm check in resulting in long queues forming by 3.50pm of guests waiting for their keys. I stayed one night, the room was lovely with nice touches and the restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. I would book again for a short break, accepting you can't sit by the pool etc.

Lovely property with 2 great pools and a nice restaurant and amenities. Gym was particularly nice. Our room had a harbor view but the common spaces have a beautiful view of the sea. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Only downside was that the hotel felt a little stingy/like they were trying to nickel and dime us at every turn — for instance, you have to pay a €35 deposit to rent a pool towel (which gets refunded when you return the towels), and then pay a €2 fee to exchange the towels for fresh ones. Felt very unnecessary for a hotel that’s literally on the beach. Otherwise nice though.

Hotel hermoso, junto à la playa, muy accesible, no me gustó el trato al llegar, había solicitado habitación planta alta previamente, se lo mencioné a la persona que nos recibió, sin embargo me dió 1er piso, pienso que lo hizo con mala intención.

The hotel was superb - recently renovated and loved all the design touches. room had a stocked minibar and some little treats such as a tote bag. 1st floor pool was lovely a chilled, staff were all excellent. Will definitely look to return at some point.

Firstly the hotel was very clean and the housekeeping staff exceptional. Room attended daily and very clean. Unfortunately, we booked a 'loft' sea view room, we got the lovely Seaview, but was put on the second floor, which seemed to be a theme for all UK visitors!, and further more above the GYMNASIUM! Every morning around 6.20am, we were woken to the awful sound of banging equipment, weights being dropped on the floor and sometimes music! What was meant to be our relaxing break away, well was anything but! Surely a LOFT room, means a loft, high up. Front desk did offer us another room, but on the same floor again! And the room much smaller which was not what we had paid a lot of money for! Spa was nice, although certain amenities not working, and for even a hotel rate of 25 euros to use, is not acceptable, the spa should be free of charge for people staying surely? Especially spending 1,500 GBP for a 4 night stay!! We were also told on check in, that if we booked a 75min treatment that day, spa use would be included with 10% also off. But on check out found we were misinformed (again) and wasn't the case! So a higher bill of course. Raised but NOTHING done! Poor. Breakfast started off well first day but got progressively worse as week went on! Not much replenishing, so literally toast and butter all week and a pastry! For nearly 1,500 pounds, overall extremely unhappy. WiFi a constant issue!! Dropping in and out, and NO TV! All channels in Spanish!! Ridiculous.

Amazing!

Room was clean, satisfactory for our stay. Amazing breakfast every morning, everything you could think of. Restaurant was very good food ate twice during our stay. The facilities were great, gym, lovely spa experience. Walking distance to the town, plaza mall and to the beach. Great roof top pool. As well as a secondary pool (didn’t use this one) We had freak weather, 2.5 days of rain out of 4 days. Didn’t stop us from having something to do. Highly recommend and would definitely come back if I was to stay in Alicante.
